Who we are
Nepton Integrated (“we”, “us”) operates neptonintegrated.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our office is at 33A Adeniji Street, Ogba, Lagos, Nigeria. You can contact us about privacy at contact@neptonintegrated.com.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect:
- your full name, business email address and company name
- your telephone number and project location, if you provide them
- the service you are interested in and your project description
To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory only and is not stored or linked to your enquiry.
How we use it and why
We use your enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and discuss the services you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing without your separate agreement, and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend, which processes the data on our behalf. Resend may process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens we rely on the safeguards permitted under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We see your phone number, profile name and the messages you send, and we use them only to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us for access to your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable form. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@neptonintegrated.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
